Welcome to Tip Top Bedding. By browsing our website, placing an order, or communicating with our representatives, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the sale and supply of all textiles, bedsheets, cushions, quilts, rugs, towels, blankets, and table matts crafted and distributed from our workshop in Gujranwala, Pakistan.
1. Products & Color Representation
We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and details of our textiles as accurately as possible. However, because monitor displays, phone screens, and lighting differ, slight variations in shade between screen displays and the physical fabric may occur. All dimensions are stated in standard inches/centimeters with standard manufacturing tolerances customary in fine textile production.
2. Pricing, Invoicing & Promotions
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include all applicable manufacturing costs. Promotional discounts, coupon codes, and seasonal sales are valid during their announced dates and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. We reserve the right to correct any pricing typographical errors prior to dispatch.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Ordering
We offer nationwide Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. By placing an order, you confirm that your provided phone number and delivery address are accurate, and that you intend to receive and pay for the parcel upon arrival. Orders are subject to phone or WhatsApp verification before dispatch.
4. Delivery & Customer Obligations
Parcels are delivered via registered courier partners. The courier rider will contact the recipient at the provided phone number. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make the cash payment. If an order is returned due to incorrect contact information or repeated refusal, subsequent orders may require advance deposit.
5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel or modify your order free of charge at any time before it has been booked and dispatched with our courier partners. To cancel, please message or call us on WhatsApp with your Order Number as soon as possible.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, photography, logos, branding, product names, and descriptions are the exclusive intellectual property of Tip Top Bedding and Qyvora. Reproduction, imitation, or scraping of our imagery or content without written consent is strictly prohibited.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms as our services evolve. The latest version will always be posted here with the current revision date.
