1. Shipping Charges
We maintain simple, transparent delivery fees across all of Pakistan:
- Orders under Rs 20,000: Flat shipping fee of Rs 250 nationwide.
- Orders Rs 20,000 and above: 100% Free Nationwide Delivery.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
- Punjab (Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Sialkot, Rawalpindi): 2 to 3 working days.
- Islamabad Capital Territory: 2 to 3 working days.
- Sindh (Karachi, Hyderabad, Sukkur): 3 to 4 working days.
- Khyber Pakhtunkhwa & Balochistan (Peshawar, Quetta, Abbottabad): 3 to 5 working days.
- Azad Kashmir & Northern Areas: 4 to 6 working days.
3. Order Tracking & SMS / WhatsApp Updates
As soon as your package is booked with our courier partners (e.g., Trax, Leopard, Call Courier, TCS), you will receive a tracking number and a tracking link via WhatsApp or SMS. You can also contact us at any time to receive real-time updates on your consignment status.
4. Sealed Parcel Delivery
Orders are delivered in sealed packaging and should remain sealed until delivery is complete. If the outer courier packaging is visibly tampered with or severely damaged, report it to the rider before accepting the parcel and notify us on WhatsApp.
5. Missed Deliveries & Customer Contact
The courier rider will attempt delivery up to 2 times and will call the recipient number. If you are unavailable, the rider can reschedule or you may request a family member or neighbor to receive the parcel on your behalf.
